Who looks after your data
The Scriptures is a service of Prologic Automação Ltda, CNPJ 24.909.289/0001-24, Rua Rui Barbosa, 1032, Centro, Foz do Iguaçu/PR (Brazil), which is responsible for the data handled on this site and in the app. Contact us at suporte@asescrituras.com.
What we collect
When you leave your contact: name, email and WhatsApp number, the app language, when you registered and your choice about receiving messages (with date, language and version of the wording).
When you tap subscribe on the sales page: name, email and WhatsApp number, used to help you complete your subscription. We do not use them for promotion unless you choose to receive it.
When you subscribe: the purchase details the payment platform sends us (name, email, product, status and amount). We do not receive card details. For your account we keep a protected password, sign-ins and your progress in the app.
To use the app you confirm your email with a code. With your registration we keep your progress, your sign-ins and what you open in the app (screens, readings and lessons), to save your use across devices, provide support, follow your journey and create content that helps you. This record may indicate your religious practice: it is not sold or published, and the text of your diary and intentions is not part of it. Usage records are kept for up to 24 months.
What we use it for
To keep your registration and fill in your details when you sign in or subscribe; to give subscribers access and provide support.
We only send promotional messages by email or WhatsApp to people who turned that option on when registering; by email, only after you confirm your address through the link we send. Registration works without it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time, including through the unsubscribe link in each message.
Messages needed for the service, such as the email confirmation and the welcome email with your access details, are not promotional. We never send your password by email.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. When you go to payment, your name, email and phone may be filled in for the payment platform (Hotmart or Kiwify), which has its own policy. The data is kept on a server we contract.
Emails are sent through Resend, which receives the address and the message content and tells us when a message bounces or is marked as spam.
The email you enter when registering is checked by UserCheck, a validation service acting as our data processor: it receives the address only to tell us whether it is temporary or whether the domain can receive mail.
The sales pages use the Meta Pixel to measure promotional campaigns.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it. Purchase records may be kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights and how to request deletion
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data and withdraw your consent. Write to suporte@asescrituras.com from the email you registered with.
